Senders follow every stage in their account. Recipients get a text with a tracking link, and need no app and no login.
What each stage means
| You will see | What is happening |

| Waiting for your payment | We have your quote and need your payment. |
| Payment received | Your money has reached us. |
| Extra check | We are reviewing the transfer before it continues. |
| Converting to naira | Your pounds are being exchanged at your quoted rate. |
| Sent to the bank | The money is on its way to the receiving bank. |
| Delivered | The money has reached the account. |
| Failed | The transfer could not finish, and we tell you why. |
| Refund on its way | We are returning your money. |
| Refunded | Your money is back with you. |
| Cancelled | The transfer was stopped before any money moved. |
Stages that are still running show an estimated time, based on how long recent transfers took.
If you are receiving money
You will get a text from SendGram with the sender's first name, the amount in naira and a short tracking link.
No login needed
The link opens the transfer status straight away.
Your details stay private
The page shows only the last four digits of the account number.
A second text on arrival
When the money lands, we send a reference you can show your bank if the credit does not appear.
Watch out for fake linksSendGram's tracking page will never ask for your PIN, password, one-time code or BVN. If a page or a caller asks for any of these, stop. It is not us.
