How can we help?
Answers to the questions people ask most. If a transfer has gone wrong, start from that transfer in your account.
Getting started
What do I need to sign up?
An email address, a phone number and a government photo ID such as a passport, BRP or driving licence. You will also take a quick selfie.
How much can I send?
The minimum is £10. Your maximum depends on your verification level, from £500 per transfer at Level 1 up to £25,000 at Level 3. See the full table on our Compliance page.
Where can I send money?
From the UK to bank accounts in Nigeria. More routes are planned.
Can someone else pay for my transfer?
No. The payment must come from an account in your own name.
Rates and payment
How do I know what rate I am getting?
Your quote shows the reference rate, our margin, the fee and the rate you get, all before you pay.
Can I use a credit card?
No. You can pay by debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Bank transfer is available once you have verified your address.
Tracking and problems
How long does a transfer take?
Most should arrive within minutes. Your quote and the transfer screen show the current estimate, and we tell you if something slows it down.
My transfer failed. What happens to my money?
We start a refund automatically for the full amount you paid. Faster Payments refunds usually arrive the same day, and card refunds can take up to five business days.
It says delivered, but my recipient has not got it. What do I do?
Open the transfer and raise a dispute. We will reply within one business day and update you at least every three business days. Your recipient can also show their bank the reference from our text.
Why is my transfer under an extra check?
We review some transfers before they continue. We will contact you if we need anything. We cannot always share the reason.
I got a text about a transfer. Is it real?
Our tracking page never asks for a PIN, password, one-time code or BVN. If you are asked for any of these, it is not us.
