Biometric information

Your selfie is used to match you to your ID, and may be used again to confirm it is you, for example when you change device. This is sensitive information, and we handle it with extra care.

Who we share it with

We share information with providers that help us run the service, including identity checks, payments and text messages. Your recipient sees your first name in their updates. We also share information with public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep identity and transfer records for at least five years after you stop using SendGram, because anti-money-laundering rules require it. We delete or anonymise other information when we no longer need it.
