Send money
Send money home, and know where it is
Five steps from your phone to a Nigerian bank account. At every step you can see what is happening and what comes next.
Your first transfer
- 1Create your accountSign up with your email and phone, then verify your identity with a photo ID and a quick selfie. Most people can finish in one sitting.
- 2Add your recipientChoose their Nigerian bank and enter their 10-digit account number. We show you the name the bank holds, and you confirm it is the right person.
- 3See your quoteBefore you pay, you see the reference rate, our margin, the fee, the rate you get and when the money should arrive.
- 4PayPay by debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once you are fully verified, you can also pay by bank transfer from an account in your own name.
- 5Follow it to the endEach stage of the transfer has a clear name and an estimated time. Your recipient gets a text when the money is on its way and another when it lands.
What makes it different
No vague "processing"
A transfer is always in a named stage. If one is slow, we say which part: your bank, or the receiving bank in Nigeria.
The right person, first time
You confirm the bank-held name before you send, so a mistyped account number does not cost you.
Refunds without chasing
If a transfer fails after you have paid, we start the refund ourselves and tell you the amount and when to expect it.
Why we check your IDEvery money transfer service has to know who its customers are. It protects you, your recipient and the people you send to from fraud.
