The rate, the fee and the difference, in plain sight
Most of what a transfer costs hides in the exchange rate. We show you that part too.
What every quote shows
You see all of this on one screen before you pay.
| Line | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Reference rate | The market rate we start from. |
| Our margin | The difference between that rate and yours, as a percentage and an amount. |
| Transfer fee | What we charge to make the transfer. |
| Rate you get | The rate your transfer will use. |
| Estimated arrival | When we expect the money to reach the account. |

How your rate is protected
Locked when you confirm
Your quote shows how long its rate holds. Pay within that time and the rate does not change.
Marked when it is not firm
If we cannot lock a rate, we label it as indicative and hold back the confirm button.
Refunds in full
If a transfer fails, you get back the exact amount you paid. Any exchange rate loss is ours to cover.
How you can pay
| Method | When you can use it |
|---|---|
| Debit card | From your first transfer |
| Apple Pay and Google Pay | From your first transfer |
| Bank transfer (Faster Payments) | After you have verified your address |
Payments must come from an account in your own name. We do not accept credit cards.
